General Vangelis is the former master of the Dungeons of Shintaro. He was also know als the Skull Sorcerer while he was also the king of Shintaro. A Skull Sorcerer, he had the power the control the awakened warriors. This was an army of skeletons from the dungeons of Shintaro. The Ninja Cole eventually defeated him. His daughter Vania succeeded him on the throne of Shintaro. Vangelis went to jail and was freed by Harumi in her disguise as Kabuki Mask. He became a member of the council of the Crystal King and general Vangelis.
