This LEGO® Technic Brick Modified 2 x 2 with Pin Hole and Rotation Joint Ball Half Horizontal combines a standard 2 x 2 brick with an integrated Technic pin hole and a horizontal ball joint. Part 48170 is designed for articulated assemblies, allowing connected sections to rotate while remaining securely attached within Technic and studded builds.

Building Uses
The horizontal ball joint provides a wide range of movement for articulated models while the integrated pin hole allows the element to connect easily with Technic frames and mechanisms.
