LEGO® Insectoids is a 1998 subtheme within LEGO® Space, recognized for its insect-inspired alien minifigures and distinctive trans-neon yellow design elements. LEGO® Insectoids minifigures introduced specialized molded heads, wing components, and biomechanical-style torso prints that distinguish them from other Space factions of the late 1990s.
