1. Are the LEGO parts and Minifigures genuine LEGO® Toys?

Yes. We only sell 100% genuine LEGO parts and Minifigures

2. Are the LEGO parts NEW or USED?

We sell NEW and Used LEGO parts. The new parts come out of new LEGO boxes and are only handled to be repacked. The LEGO parts come in a clear plastic bag. The Used parts are bought on the second hand markets. We sell oly used parts in good condition.

We sell both NEW and USED Minifigures New Minifigures comes out of new sets and are have never been build or played with. They are only handled to be repacked in a clear plastic bag.

Used Minifigures are in good condition but have been played with. So minor wear is inevitable. We don’t sell Minifigures in bad condition.

Condition is shown on every product page.

3. How is the price calculated?

The price on the product page is for a single brick or Minifigure. Most parts have a minimum quantity. Example. The shown price is 0.06 USD. The minimum quantity is 15. You want to buy 16. You can add 16 to the basket. The price is then 0.06 x 16 = 0.9 USD.

4. How much is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping prices are weight based and vary depending on country. The shipping price will be shown before you pay.

5. Will the shipment have a tracking number?

If the order value is low. The order will ship with regular mail and without tracking number depending on country of destination.

6. Will there be a customs charge?

This depends on your country. Most countries have a different threshold for custom duties. Customs charges are for the buyer. If necessary, we will add CN22 or CN23 custom declarations and the correct amount will be filled in here. Please do not ask us the fill in incorrect information. We cannot do this.

7. What is the delivery estimate to my country?

Delivery estimate varies from 2-30 days depending on destination. If your item has not appeared after 30 days, please contact us and we will find an acceptable solution. Products are shipped from Belgium, Europe with PostNL or Bpost.
