Who is Dr Wu in Jurassic World?

Dr Henry Wu is the head of genetic engineering for InGen. He is the person who leads the process of creating living dinosaurs from dinosaur DNA. He is also the person responsible for creating the dinosaur hybrids like the Indominus Rex.
