Return Policy
180-Day Return Policy
We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return items within this period for a full refund, no questions asked. If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
