LEGO® Botanicals Peace Lily (11504) shows how one type of flower can look different as it develops. The 474-piece adult build combines six peace lily flowers at three stages of opening, with broad foliage rising from a peach-coloured plant pot.
From tightly furled bud to fully opened flower
Two lilies are still furled, two are partly open and another two display their full white blooms. Small parts are used in unexpected ways to suggest the flowers' central spadices: a recoloured carrot shapes the partially open lilies and a popcorn piece tops those in full bloom. These details make the construction more interesting than repeating the same flower six times.
A potted plant that does not need watering
The completed peace lily measures over 30 cm high, 25 cm wide and 22 cm deep. Because the pot is built into the model, there is no separate vase to select or buy. This is a nature-inspired display project without moving or electronic features. Browse other LEGO® Botanicals sets or see the wider LEGO® sets range.
