The Wedge, Plate 12 x 6 Right (30356) is one of the largest wedge plates available in the LEGO® system. Spanning 12 studs in length and 6 in width, this piece is designed for substantial construction. It is typically used to form the main wing structures of heavy cargo planes, the sweeping fuselage of spacecraft, or the angled chassis of large boats.

A Starship Engineer's Essential

Due to its impressive surface area, this plate is a staple in the Star Wars theme. It is frequently found forming the grey hull plating of Star Destroyers, Republic Gunships, and other capital ships where maintaining a sharp, angular silhouette is critical. Its studs allow for extensive greebling (adding texture) to simulate mechanical details on the ship's exterior.

Designing for Symmetry

This is the Right version of the wedge. To build a complete aircraft or symmetrical vehicle, you will need to pair it with the matching Left Wedge (30355).
