LEGO® Editions Soccer Ball (43019) builds a near life-size decorative football from 1,498 pieces, aimed at sports fans aged 10 and up. The model takes its proportions from a size 5 match ball, using LEGO Technic elements to achieve a rounded shape and six decorative discs on the outer surface.
A miniature stadium inside the ball
Open the build to find a small football-stadium celebration scene with a golden trophy, big screens and player figures. Press the button to make the players celebrate while fireworks pop up behind them. That mechanical surprise gives the model a different experience from an ordinary ball-shaped desk sculpture.
The included black stand supports the finished ball, approximately 22 cm high, 21 cm wide and 21 cm deep. Despite the sports-ball shape, this is not a ball intended for kicking or throwing. It suits a display where the exterior can be admired and the miniature match celebration opened occasionally. The separate FIFA World Cup Trophy set 43020 is taller and focuses on the trophy's history rather than a stadium scene. Discover more LEGO® building sets.
