LEGO® Speed Champions McLaren W1 (77257) recreates the modern supercar with 287 pieces for ages 9 and up. The main distinction is its adjustable rear wing, which offers two display positions on an otherwise compact road-car model.
Adjust the wing for cruising or racing
Move the rear wing between positions, then explore the brick-built rear engine, cockpit infotainment screen and air-intake shapes along the sides and bonnet. One McLaren driver minifigure comes with a helmet, wig and wrench and can be seated behind the wheel.
The completed car measures over 15 cm long and 7 cm wide. Buyers who want an aerodynamic feature that can actually be repositioned may prefer the W1 to the fixed wings of many other sports-car sets. The Audi R26 (77259) offers a contrasting open-wheel F1 design. Browse our LEGO® Speed Champions collection.
