LEGO 53586 Technic, Axle and Pin Connector Perpendicular with Extension has gained a bit of notoriety in the LEGO community, thanks to its somewhat... suggestive shape. Some builders have pointed out that the extension portion of the piece looks a bit like a certain male anatomical feature (if you know what I mean).
Of course, we would never use such a crass or dirty word to describe this piece. We prefer to think of it as a "silly-looking connector that happens to resemble something that is definitely not appropriate for polite company."
But despite its questionable shape, LEGO 53586 Technic, Axle and Pin Connector Perpendicular with Extension is actually a very useful piece in many advanced Technic builds.
