However, this scene was deleted from the final film, leaving her fate uncertain in the movie canon.
In the non-canon Star Wars: The Force Unleashed™ video game, Shaak Ti is shown to have survived the initial execution of Order 66 and taken refuge on the planet Felucia. She trains a group of Force-sensitive natives and confronts Starkiller, the game's protagonist and Darth Vader's secret apprentice. In the game's story, Shaak Ti is ultimately defeated by Starkiller and chooses to become one with the Force as she dies.
